I am very disappointed with my experience. My manicure and pedicure totaled $75. When it came time to pay, I told the technician that I wanted to leave an $8 tip. She responded by saying, "No, $10," and then entered a $10 tip without my consent. The amount itself is not the issue—the problem is that my payment was changed after I clearly stated the tip I wanted to leave. I am planning to submit a complain after what Brenda did to my face,I went there yesterday for face waxing and she really burned my face,it is my second time with her,my 1st time was good but with my second time,it was terrible. PLEASE if you guys care your face DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE FOR CARE, they will torture your face like what happened to me. This place was great! The ladies are so wonderful and nice, excellent service. I walked in and they were able to take me right away. My mani-pedi was beautiful and fast. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Loved Galaxy Nails!
Wonderful experience and love the people here. Not only do they do an amazing job with my mani-pedi, this is the only salon I trust with my eye brow waxing. Loved my French manicure. So smooth and flawless. They should charge more for their acrylic nails... they're that good.
