Came in with a group the woman that was doing my nails took a call did not say nothing until she came back and said she will be back. Completely left the premises. I mean took her purse and everything then left. Nail technicians dont communicate or listen to what you want. I heard that's to much. I came in for a manicure and ended up getting a pedicure with my husband as well. We both requested the same pedicure service (the only difference was that I added polish), so I expected the experience to be the same for both of us. However, my husband received a longer treatment and additional services that I did not receive, despite us paying for the same pedicure. I’m also really unhappy with how my nails turned out. Lena did a great job with my pedi! However the guy who did my full set was extremely rude and difficult and blamed me because he couldn't see. Slinging things around and making comments for no reason i was the only African American and he made me feel as if he didn't want to serve me. Dont have to worry about me spending my money here ever again.

They treated my daughter, for her first nail appointment, horribly! I will never go back. Older man didn't know how to do what she wanted, but tried anyway. Kept deactivating cat eye over and over. Talking crap about her, all other techs coming over and watching. She's trying not to cry. Then, he just starts removing gel polish. 4 years ago I went and got myself and my two girls nails done they were amazing!!! A week ago my oldest went and when she got home I was shocked she went to galaxy They looked AWEFUL messy, not strait, even clumpy looking and so were her aunts nails I’m in school to be an esthetician and I have showed her the nasty effects of not taking proper sanitation precautions. She let me know that they were double dipping into the powder. That’s not very sanitary.
