The hostess are nice and the ambience there is one but the nail tech I had today stop what she’s doing. She didn’t even put any lotion on my hand, but she made sure to leave Paul on my hands and arms. She didn’t even attempt to put the designs that I asked her to put on them correctly
I was told the wait for a pedicure would be 5 minutes, but 45 minutes later, I still hadn’t been helped. When I was finally assisted, my mom hadn’t even been started on yet—and I was already finished by the time they began her service. Meanwhile, several customers who arrived after us were helped before we were. The whole experience felt disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional.
