Eric is absolutely wonderful and such a kind person. I went in for my service today with my three-year-old daughter who was feeling fine when we first arrived, but unfortunately very soon into my service, she vomited all over herself in her stroller. Eric made sure I was able to get up and tend to my daughter quickly and get her completely cleaned up in the bathroom before finishing the one nail that was still exposed with a little gel polish. Jenni is amazing. She's done my nails for 15 years and is a good friend of mine. However, she's been on vacation, so I scheduled an appt for my daughter and me for manicures with any technician available. We're a couple minutes early to our appointments and waited for more than 20 minutes with no timeline in sight, so we left. 2 people with appointments ahead of us waiting, too. I was told they were short staffed. If it weren't for Jenni, I'd take my business elsewhere where my time is valued.
I had appointment at 1pm came in at 12:30pm and im still here waiting and it is 2:15pm she kept grabbing people that did not have appointment and put them ahead of me I said something to her and I'm Still waiting so I will be leaving as soon as my daughter is done which is in a few minutes but I WILL NOT BE RETURN and I was a good customer and this happened the last time I got a fill but not as long of a wait I get it if you are short handed but you would think they would have gotten me in at some point not A HAPPY CUSTOMER ... read more
