Extremely Disappointing Customer Service After spending $255 on my wife’s and may nail service, including an additional charge for the VIP Room, we certainly expected a much better customer service experience. Shortly after her appointment, several rhinestones fell off. Things happen, and we understood that. My wife contacted the salon and was told to stop by so they could fix the nail. Simple enough. Whenever they go next to my skin, the drill kind of hurt besides that the experience was amazing!
My first time here and I’ll be back every time! The quickest I’ve ever had a full set done, not joking it was 33 minutes max. It was also the best QUALITY I’ve ever had. It’s a very calm, relaxing atmosphere, everyone is polite and kind. The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Thank you!
