Great communication, explained process in full detail, checked car before driving off the lot, good experience overall UPDATE: after taking my car to a mechanic for my own inspection I discovered they actually sold me a lemon car, I had to spend an extra $2000 in repairs and I have to spend more money on getting all the oils changed, not only that but they sell their cars for more than what they’re worth!! Even though they have their own mechanic apparently they don’t do anything to fix up the cars!!!
