Despite the many glowing reviews about Galaxy Jewelers, my experience was the complete opposite without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I brought in my Tory Burch watch around September 20 for a simple battery replacement. The employee struggled to open the watch and used excessive force and inappropriate tools, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
