Absolutely the BEST experience when you need to have a service professional work in your home. I met John, the owner of Galaxy Home Services, though multiple neighbors who have used his electrical company in the past. He is honest, knowledgeable, prompt, reachable and just a good guy. John recommended an updated transfer switch for my home and he even searched out cost saving deals for me to purchase a new generator. Beyond horrible!!! He is unprofessional to say the least and acts like a bully. Totally impossible to communicate with. He got annoyed by my questions and threatened to report me for some code violations. I ended up calling 2 other electricians who confirmed that everything was up to par but unfortunately had to finish his job that he claimed was done properly. And he had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review. Shame!
