Oh my gosh! John is so Fantastic! We set up a Ring System and new Outdoor Lighting. He is so Patient and explains how everything works! We literally could not have done it without him!!! Thank you John, Archie & Carol Hahn
Beyond horrible!!! He is unprofessional to say the least and acts like a bully. Totally impossible to communicate with. He got annoyed by my questions and threatened to report me for some code violations. I ended up calling 2 other electricians who confirmed that everything was up to par but unfortunately had to finish his job that he claimed was done properly. And he had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review. Shame!

Jon Coates is an amazingly skilled electrician. His integrity level surpasses others in our area. In a time of scam and deceit, you can trust John and truly count on his word to complete his work for you professionally and on time. His cleanup abilities were also a wonderful surprise. I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.
Mr Coates was easy to work with, He kept us updated every step of the way. He was there when he said he would be did the job in a timely manner and set us up to 2027 codes. We will use him again and have already recommended him to others
