We purchased a sauna from Galaxy and within a week the front glass shattered. It took some time for us to start the repair process, but over the past two weeks we’ve been trying to get it resolved. After paying for replacement glass, Galaxy scheduled an installation appointment… then no-showed and had to reschedule.
