Dr Watts staff as well as her are exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful. I am happy to refer her to anyone seeking a caring physician and office staff. The fact that the pharmacy is across the hall is an added plus! I totally wait no more than 5 minutes to receive my Rx.
Visited this office a while back and it just does not feel welcoming, the employees sit in the dark and seem disturbed when they have to provide service to you. Very unprofessional. Office is very outdated, which would be ok if the staff and service were decent. My appointment seemed like a rushed opportunity to push any and all medications possible (described it as preventive). If I could give Zero stars I would! I had a very disappointing and hurtful experience at this office. I came in seeking help for my mental health, ready to be honest about what I’ve been going through, and instead of receiving compassion or support, I was brushed off. The nurse spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive way, made me feel like a burden, and didn’t even have the doctor come in to speak with me. I left feeling worse than when I arrived—worthless and completely unheard—at a time when I needed help the most.... read more
