The dentist, assistant, and hygienist are exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff today was not. I had asked a question about coverage for a TMJ night guard to help with jaw pain. She told me that the Canadian Dental Care Plan doesn’t cover this and it would be $700. I said I understood and I may have alternative coverage means available through Veterans Affairs because I had an approved blue cross card for psychological injury which is the leading cause of TMJ. We had an excellent experience at the dental clinic. Dr. Patel and his associate, Ms. Aman, were incredibly kind, patient, and friendly with my kids. They made them feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in, turning what could have been a stressful visit into a positive experience.
