One of the best gluten free restaurants in Austin, good location, and good service. I was able to have the tortillas in the chicken tortilla soup because they make their tortillas in house with a separate gluten free fryer. For this reason, I can have fries again!!! They even have gluten free dessert options of a chocolate flourless torte and cookies!!! I also saw they have a coffee menu with a good selection of hot teas and a chai latte option. Galaxy Cafe absolutely knocked it out of the park. We stopped in for breakfast and ordered the Big Breakfast, and it was phenomenal from start to finish. Everything came out fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly, the kind of meal where you can tell real care goes into every plate. The portions were generous without being over the top, and every component, from the eggs to the sides, was dialed in. Food served quickly and the presentation was nice, the service was great but the food was so bland and Ill prepared. Pretty much the consensus of all seven of us will have our Branch somewhere else next time
