Less than a star - Shop charged $85 for diagnostic fee $71.70 for 6 spark plugs and $97 to install 6 spark plugs for a total of $253.70 for a 10 minute job. Don't recommend using if you don't have to. They left grease and oil all over the leather seat, stering wheel, and door for my wife to sit on in her dress getting back the car. Although they are conveniently located at 4507 Airport Blvd close to IH35 they seem to take advantage of people with their AAA tow truck connection of breakdowns along 35. If I could give these guys no stars I would. My wife just got our car towed there because it broke down on the side of the road. They said it needed a new alternator and gave her a ridiculously high quote. I called our normal shop and confirmed that we were being ripped off and had the tow truck come and get it again. When I called the shop to tell them how I did not think it was right that they were trying to rip my wife off they said they did not care and refused to give me the contact information of the owner or manager. ... read more

I was in town for a brief period of time, in which my car died on the middle of the 290; the police vehicle had to push my vehicle to Galaxy Automotive. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, but I knew it wouldn't start. The car died Friday night and Saturday a.m. I called and spoke with Cesar about my car sitting stalled in the parking lot. I broke my rack and pinion steering somehow. Luckily I didn't get into a wreck. Anyway, the tow driver recommended Galaxy and I figured that it was close so it was worth having them take a look. The manager/proprietor put my car on the lift and showed me that the entire assembly was broken. This is not a small problem. He quoted me just under 800 dollars, which I barely had.
