Rip Off!!!!Save your money and time!!!1 Rip Off! A family member brought a vehicle from here, and not even 1 month later, a transmission problem on a 2002 vehicle. I called to speak to the manager and he was rude and unprofessional. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer reporting agencies.
MY CAR RUNS GREAT I purchased a 2003 mercury grand marquise and it floats like a boat.I've been having it for about a month now and haven't had any problems so far (keep my fingers crossed according to the reviews) I mean you have to know what your buying before you purchase it.For the females take a guy with you to check out the car or either take it to a mechanic and let them test it out for you.If you don't do that then it's no one fault but your own.Oh yeah and a helpful tip don't buy a car just because it looks good.

READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO GALAXY...PLEASE!!! Having to deal with another finance company now claiming they actually own the car when i purchased it from Galaxy and they claim that they actually own the vehicle. My car was repo'd on Sat morn at 4am from this other finance company and i had been paying on time for 7mths. thru Galaxy's in house financing. Great little used car dealership I am a pretty competent mechanic, and I bought an 06 KIA from Ben at Galaxy. He knew what he was talking about, he got me a great deal, and it is running just fine. I recognize that most of the cars that these guys are selling were purchased at auctions, and anything could happen with them. I just happened to get one that runs well, and keeps on goin'.
Problems 1 day after purchase... Purchased a 2006 Magnum and check engine light came on and air bag light is on. Transmission started catching and wouldn't shift also a day after i bought the car. When i bought car, they told me and my two other witnesses that there was a factory warranty still on it. Called a dodge dealer and they told me there was no such warranty. Also tried calling the number on their business card and disconnected.
Shiny Cars Bad Motors I just purchase a 2008 Dodge Charger 12/4/10 and on 1/24/11 the vehicle stop and was brought to the dodge dealership needing a new motor 5000.00 worth of work . Who does that to someone? No help from Galaxy actually the owner insulted me and said I broked the motor in the month and days that I owned it .DDDDDDOOOONNNNTTT buy anything from this company its not worth any deal they throw at you !!!!
