I purchased a ***** 2015 Kia **** from this dealership, and after just two days of driving, the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to my mechanic, who informed me that it had a catalytic converter issue. He suggested that the error code was likely cleared prior to the sale, masking the problem, which was present before I bought the car. Absolutely horrible experience. Talked to Ariya Agha through Facebook Marketplace. I asked beforehand if there were any issues with the Ford Fiesta he had listed, he said no it's a great running car. Said I had to wait almost a week to see it as he wasn't availabe, finally had him agree on a time 6 days later. Drove 50 minutes to meet him and he doesn't show up, talked to his business partner instead and the car is not what was shown in the photos he had on the car. Purchased a Dodge Charger from this dealer and the experience was great!
Purchased a Ford Escape. Shop stated no issues. Test drove and was ok. Drove 20 miles home and transmission failed. Needs a torque converter. Didn’t realize once vehicle warmed up and transmission fluid warms up when driven for a longer period of time...that’s when the transmission fails. My Mechanic couldn’t run codes because Galaxy Auto Sales reset the check engine light so buyers wouldn’t know there was an issue. Galaxy will not respond to any of my Facebook messages.
