Galaxy Audio fixed my PA6BT Bluetooth monitor free of charge with no hassle. I was expecting to pay for the repairs but there was no charge. I love this little monitor and I’m glad to have it back in working condition and I appreciate Galaxy Audio taking care of this.
Edited review: They refunded the mic and investigated the issue. It sounds like my unit had a faulty battery. I’ve gone through cheaper brands since returning the mic but the Galaxy Audio one has superior sound quality without a doubt… I hope my next purchase from them works long term. Three stars (instead of the previous two) because their customer service was very helpful over the phone and email and they issued my refund quickly. Super disappointed in their fitness mic (Evo-GT). First, the mic cover tore when I was inspecting it, but they included a second one so I said “okay, no problem.” But then today, after 5 total uses, the comfort pad became unglued and the headset was digging into my skull for 45 minutes straight. Try teaching a class like that! I couldn’t believe it when I saw that it was just a piece of felt glued onto a grid— that is horrible design and construction for a fitness product.
