I gave two stars because the initial service was great. Quick response and had someone out a couple hours later on a Saturday morning. Seemed great. However, the technician came in, asked what the problem was and I listed the symptoms. Refrigerator motor louder than usual and not as cold as it should be. He opened the freezer and peered inside for maybe 5 seconds, turned to me and said close to $500 to replace a frost heater or something. Then said additional $179 to defrost the fridge unless i wanted to do it. So basically ... read more
