It’s a good place for disabled people but the residents are loud and you should always keep your door locked!
Says it’s no smoking with signs posted everywhere ,but every week when I come here the second floor is so strong with cigarette smoke and incense to cover the cigarette smell it makes my head hurt and my clothes stink. 6 months ago the first floor was smoky but that guy died. I wonder why the manager just lets it go? He is here everyday. Michael, what’s up? Don’t move here if you have any type of breathing issues.
This is a secure building for low income disabled residents. The neighborhood is quite nice considering all things. Everything inside the apartments are built to accomodate wheelchair bound adults, including accessible counters, light switches, and a roll in shower. Issues arise when you need to contact management, as they are located in Minnesota and can be difficult to reach.
