Horrible experience w Galaxie. They tried to have me sign a waiver stating I would not post anything negative online in order for them to honor their warranty. Is that not the craziest thing you have ever heard? Still have the email of course and still dealing with issues 2 years later, with my crooked toilet and tile w grout coming up everywhere due to poor management, lack of follow-through, and low worker quality. My project was right when Galaxie started. In short, they hired unskilled labor with minimal experience. The labor was not their own - they contracted whoever they could find (so it seemed). The list of errors and delays was lengthy. The last straw was our master bath floor, which was poorly installed. I settled on a price reduction, rather than rework because I just wanted them out of my house. Every day I'm reminded of Galaxie as I look at that floor.
