RecommendedI am so pleased that I transferred to Galax Pharmacy. Phone is answered speedily, refill requests prepared very quickly. The young ladies who run the front counter are polite, friendly and efficient. I am totally in awe of the great service provided.
I had never done a refill on a prescription I just called Galax pharmacy I didn’t have the bottle in front of me she asked for the number off the bottle I said I didn’t have it I thought I could just look up the info and have it ready they might have it on file she replies my god what’s your name I told her not to worry about it I’ll be going to another pharmacy from now on

The pharmacy is just the best. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Everyone is friendly and in the 10 years we have used this pharmacy, we have never seen an error. That is the ultimate reason I would never leave them. Trust.
We have used Galax Pharmacy for years, and they have always been wonderful. But on November 22 our home burnt down. My son, who Is disabled and on a lot of medicines lost all of them. Galax pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure he got his medicines back. And they still are today. Everyone that works there are wonderful. When you go there you always see a smiling face.
