RecommendedSuch a wonderful place to check out for good food!!! It is is tucked away in downtown New Orleans...it is a touch of high end in the midst of some not so classy places. Great little escape! The Escargot was nothing short of perfection. If I had to nitpick at something, I was a bit taken a back by the gentleman at the door asking my name and number...He did state it was due to Covid19...? Either way, This place is a MUST visit when you come to New Orleans!!!!!

The restaurant has always been a favorite of ours and has been a "go to" for us for takeout since the quarantine went into effect. Every meal we have received has been delicious, but what really sets this group apart is the customer service they offer. The staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate and ensure we have the best experience possible. THANK YOU, Galatoire's!
Ordered family meal takeout today for pick up at 6:30 ? Order was placed at 1:30 and paid in advance on credit card. Showed up to get my families dinner and restaurant was locked and no answer when I called? Trying to do my part to support local restaurants so needless to say this was very disappointing. Waited for 35 minutes trying to call , guess tomorrow I will call to see about a refund....
