I bought My Spa from Galati about 14 years ago. I recently noticed the bottom jet leaking. Galati wanted $3,000 dollars to take the tub and fix it at their location! I ended up calling Royal pools and Spas. Even though I did not purchase the Spa from them, They came out, estimated, gave a work date, came on time and fixed the Spa for a fraction of what Galati wanted. They are the best! I moved into my house that had a pool 20 yeas ago n had no idea what to do. Someone recommended them to me n I've been going to then ever since!! They guide me step by step every year. Their chemicals are the best. You might find other places that sell cheaper chemical but they will not be as concentrated n you end up spending more in the long run. Love them to pieces�

This company is amazing! Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. Yesterday they came and installed a new pool liner and the workmanship was perfect!

Called twice more than 2 weeks ago for service for our hot tub that we bought from them. Still waiting for our call back.....
I'll be honest, after going to a competitor, and being sold $140. Of chemicals that didn't work, a friend advised me to come here. I was there for about 30 seconds before someone asked me for help. They had tested my water for free, and advised me what I need to get my pool clear and ready for swimming. They didn't even try to sell me chemicals without asking me what I had at home first. I needed a new hose for my vacuum attachment, so I asked for one of those. They asked why and I told them I broke the end off, and it looke... read more
