Dr. Galaher is a fantastic professional lady. She has treated me with two different issues. This last one after my first appointment she sent me home with exercises and instructions to ice the hurting shoulder. For my second visit I reported I could not do one of the exercises without pain and she heard me out then stated her assessment of some bad news and then said "I don't want to take your money because I think you need physical therapy."
