Fast and very helpful. Everyone was nice and helpful. No hidden fees and they kept me updated throughout the process. My new go to for HVAC as a new homeowner it was nice to trust someone with this repair and not feel cheated.
This is the second time we have used Galactic Air, once for a pretty significant repair, and this time for a moderate repair on a Trane system. Both times have far exceeded expectations! From start to finish, EVERYBODY at Galactic has been fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and are experts at what they do! Galactic’s service is top notch, and pricing is excellent. Thank you for making a stressful (and scorching, lol) time far more bearable!
