Waste of time. Horrible service, go somewhere else
We opted to book flight tickets and a cruise for our family to the Caribbean with Gala Travels. We did our flight tickets online, which was a smooth process, and we got the tickets at the same price as we had searched for (no hidden costs)! We even got a courtesy call from one of the Gala agents making sure we were aware of our long layover while transiting and took our seating requests. Best travel
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY YOUR TICKETS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY WILL OFFER YOU THE MOST EXPENSIVE TICKETS. First I tried to book 2 tickets on their website, but I couldn't cos there was a glitch in their system. Each ticket was $270. Total for both were $540. So I sent an email with a screen shot of the billing page clearly stating 2 passengers and the total for both tickets. On that same day, there were tickets on another website for $300 each.
