Al was exceptionally helpful in my daughter’s purchase of her house last year. The inspection revealed a serious water issue on a newly renovated house. Al was able to rescue the transaction through timely assessment and remedial recommendations. He was so well respected by the builder/seller and by town officials that the the work was completed by the builder promptly to Al’s precise specifications. Without him, I am confident the deal would have collapsed. He is a rrue professional and a pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gala Simon Associates. Al Gala is incredible. He is a miracle worker! Al worked with my husband and I on a flood issue in a new construction home that we were interested in buying. He was incredibly knowledgeable about water, soil and ground issues and how rain would impact the ground and the basement of the home. Al and his team did a great job for Accu Sepcheck on the Cape in Hyannis on a drainage project that stopped the flooding from reoccurring into a Main Street commercial property..
