Dr Gala has been my ONLY eye doctor since 2006... patient, calm demeanor and just as friendly as can be! She doesnt rush you and lets you ask as many questions as you need to! 10/10
Rude demeanor. You can tell she definitely cares about money, not the patient. Quick to try to give referrals to places, such as laser eye surgery, that dont take insurance and wouldn't need a referral anyway. So it's definitely all about her just making referral money
She was extremely RUDE. She rushed through the eye exam and gave us the wrong prescription. It was until I requested that she recheck the eyes 10 mins later that she realized she had perscribed the wrong contacts. The ladies working the optical department were very nice, the other doctor is very professional, but this doctor I would absolutely not recommend this doctor.
