This nail shop uses watered down lotions and scrubs; the bare minimum to perform the act of a leg and foot massage. Some techs speak no English. The shop did not seem inviting to me, perhaps because of the limited English being spoken. The tech I had did not have good skills and did not present herself as professional in any way. She handled my leg massage or rub in a very quick and rough way. She clipped my nails but did not file them to a smooth finish. I've been a customer for many years and have NEVER been disappointed. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and courteous (even when the customers aren't!). I highly recommend this establishment!
Tyson is awesome! He's always eager to try any style or design you want and never hesitates to make changes or fix nails without any complaint. His meticulous about nail shaping. My nails always last at least three weeks when he’s done.
