This place is NOT the place for your senior parent or loved one. Main manager is horrible and does not care about the complex. If things fall apart or maybe mold forms, the manager doesn’t care. Cars get towed left and right…horrible place. DONT send your loved ones here. I recently visited a tenant and was disgusted by their breezeway as well as the inside of the apartment. Spent the weekend here helping a tenant move out. This apartment complex is terrible. Most residents are elderly on a fixed income. The managers raise the rent regularly forcing residents to either move out or adjust their budget to be able to afford a roof over their heads. Having to choose between groceries or an additional $50-$60 in additional rent is a terrible choice. Most can barely afford the rent. How can they afford to move all of their stuff out.
