If I could give 0 stars I would. I unfortunately have my AC in a new property I purchased guaranteed through this awful company. Charles *****, the owner, who ***** *** * *** ****** ********** **** *** *** ** *** ******* ** *** *** ********employees would not receive my calls when calling his office about my warranty. I was able to track him down in the parking lot of my complex where he informally invited himself to come take a look at what might be wrong with my A/C unit. Mrs Fernandez requested me to service her AC system that requires a 40’ ladder to do service. This requires 3 technicians to be safe. I contacted the HOA as required to notify them that I was going to access the roof to service the AC for Mrs. Fernandez. The system was originally installed by Gaitz Air Conditioning for previous owner 5/27/2015.
