I had a great experience with Gaithersburg Garage Door today. The technician arrived on time, replaced my broken garage door springs efficiently, and took the time to explain the work done. Professional service and great communication—though the final bill was slightly higher than I anticipated, the quality of work made it worthwhile. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Fairfax and Gaithersburg Garage Door since 2020. They have routinely serviced our old garage door and sold us our new Clopay 18 x 7 ft. tempered, mirrored glass, garage door. Their service is always great, prompt, thorough and well-priced. Their pricing on our new door was "best in class". Got two garage doors serviced. I was told I had to replace the springs, wires, pulleys and rollers as well as a new lift master operator. All the parts were uncharged and doubled the price of any online parts for example the rollers were $140 as opposed to a set of them run $20-$40 and the springs were $146 from GGD as opposed to $70-$80 online. The operator was $675 as opposed to $415 on Amazon. I was charged 3.48 labor but the technician was not at my residence more than 1.5 hours. I get it you need to make money somewhere... read more
