Gaithersburg Garage Doors installed my garage door many years ago and have been servicing it since then. Recently the opener malfunctioned and I called them late in the afternoon. By noon the next day, they had a technician at my house who fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate that they were so responsive, pleasant to deal with, and technically qualified. The company stands behind their product and have done so for years for me. I highly recommend them.
I called them for a quote on upgrading our system. They came on time, gave a fair quote, and did the work that same day. Very happy with the results.
This is the second time I've called Gaithersburg Garage Door. Both times they sent a pickup truck with no ladders, no tools, and a technician that looked like I interrupted his episode of The Simpsons. Technician pushes the button twice and tells me I need a new door. That's it. This is a $10,000.00 garage door.... the motor can be repaired so he was either unwilling or too lazy to look at it for a diagnosis. I will never call them again.
