Best dentist office in MD! Staff is warm and welcoming and very gentle. Highly recommend this office
I usually don’t write reviews, but this office definitely deserves one. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and professional, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. They were upfront about everything, never made me feel pressured, and took the time to answer my questions. You can tell they really care about their patients, not just getting people in and out. It’s refreshing to find a dental practice that combines excellent care with such a friendly atmosphere. I’m glad I found them!
I dropped by there because my tooth was broke. They said they are out of network of my insurance. So they just took a look for 10 mins then charged me $215.. they said I will receive reimbursement from my insurance. However they dont know how much the company will cover. I received $65.60 from the insurance.. Wow, 10 mins for $150.. if I do crown with them, their estimate was $2500+... I did crown for $800 from other dentistry.. Dr Chan and the entire staff are fantastic. The attention to detail is amazing and i feel they have their patients best interests in mind each visit. I’m a bit of a dental disaster and each step has been carefully outlined. The best dentist i have ever had
Dr. Chan is an very good dentist and his staff are top-notch. I just got my teeth cleaned and .Dr. Chan and the whole staff have done a very good job ensuring the office is clean and safe. I have received very good care for my teeth including taking advantage of Invisalign treatment in my sixties to ensure that I have healthy teeth and correct jaw alignment.
