Seek empathetic counseling elsewhere. During the Jan 24/25 snow/ice storm when the city was socked in, my road was unplowed and unpassable. I alerted GCC first thing in the AM. Yet, GCC insisted on charging me for a 'missed appointment'. Supremely unreasonable in my humble opinion. The therapy is here is not worth the lack of empathy.
