Love love love this meal prep service. I’m On week 3 and have been able to lose 1lb per week and I can attribute it to great quality/portion control of meal prep and cardio routine. I am a business owner, and as a result I don’t have much time to invest into cooking and meal prepping. Very thankful I found gains and shred, their price point is also very reasonable.
They do what they're meant to do well. Macros and portion control Healthy food for those who care about what they eat. Had the steak and eggs. liked the steak seasoning and the light salt on the eggs. It does come cold so you gotta warm it up (warning if you don't have your microwave near by) Forgot to cook yestarday? No you didn't, they got what you need. Really impressed with Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep I'm a traveling medical professional and its easy for me to get complacent and eat out every day due to busy schedules and lack of time. I’m in the middle of comp prep and one of the most time staking things to do is the meal prep. Dru and his team have made my prep that much easier where I no longer worry about my meal prep. I order in bulk for the week, I get a fast response, food is always ready on time, and tastes great. Even after my competition, I will continue to use their services. It has really made things so much easier for me.
