I was extremely nervous and anxious about my surgery. The Doctor took the time to go over the procedure with me and asked me what my fears were and answered all my questions before we began. They were very patient and understanding of my feelings.
The absolutely worse costumer service I have ever experienced. The front desk obviously hates their jobs. They don't know how to be nice. They're honestly not that bright when I tried to explain my name change on my insurance it was like the world has ended to them. Telling me they couldn't bill it. I work in medical offices and I know what you can do. Also, when someone calls in don't leave them on hold for well over 45 minutes. Then be rude when you pick up. Hassle-ridden. Exhorbitant fees for "no shows" we never were contacted about. Holds rx hostage until a new unnecessary appt can be made or you have a zero balance.
Staff is friendly and doctors are very knowledgeable.
All the staff are wonderful
Great staff and very professional. Recommend every one to go if you ever have any kind of skin conditions.
