I’ve been doing chiropractic for decades. But Dr Gaines gets it and is also personable and his bedside manner is probably the best I’ve ever seen. If your body needs to heal and your belly needs a laugh I would tell you to get in here as fast as possible.

I had been putting off getting adjusted for about 1 month. I was simply in too much pain. It came to a point where I could barely breathe so I went to see Dr. G! He was so gentle that the slightest adjustment which felt more just like slow increased pressure and was amazing! After one visit I could breathe again and move my neck! If you want someone that listens to you when you’re fearful of getting an adjustment, see Dr. G!
