great crew and awsome service!!
Rude and unhelpful. I asked for some help locating a replacement part (I had the broken one with me) and two staff members were more interested in telling me why they didn’t have it than trying to help to work out a solution. When I couldn’t tell them the thread on the part that I had I was told “we aren’t thread selectors”. I thought they were plumbing suppliers, shouldn’t they know their products? Go anywhere but here. Anyone else would deserve your business before there rude and unhelpful individuals.
