I'm not a patient, I just called to ask if they take my insurance and if the doctor is an Optometrist, well the person who answered the phone was definitely not welcoming and couldn't say right-a-way if the doctor is an Optometrist. They need to neither train her good or put someone else that's more welcoming, because a business with less patients is less money coming in. I'm calling now Pearl Vision.
The people here are so kind. Dr. Morrison is great!
Things aren’t the same since the new girls took over the desk, they’re not as knowledgeable and kind. They’re just there to work and don’t have any interest in helping the customers/patients. We’ve gone there for years and I think it’s high time to get a new eye doctor.
I am a patient of Dr.Morrison for a few years and I have always been treated very respectfully and I always feel very comfortable
