Hats off to to Christina for her very professional cleaning of our grandsons teeth. She showed great care and understanding of a four year olds first visit. Not only were we impressed by this but in the long run he'll hopefully take his future visits in stride due to his first positive experience!
I have been going to Gainseville Smiles for years! Dr. Hong is very honest and never does more than what is needed. The dental hygienist I've used is very competent and really knows what she is doing (Christina). I went to dentists in the past that would immediately jump into high cost procedures with little explanation. However, Dr. Hong and Christina only do what's necessary and always take the time to explain everything! I highly recommend this practice, I drive all the way from Maryland!
Both the medical staff and the office staff are competent and friendly. I actually look forward to dental visits!
This place is the best! I had to get multiple fillings and I'm terrified of shots but Dr. Hong made me feel so calm and relaxed! The people here are so nice and friendly. They make the fear of the dentist disappear! On a side note the place is so nicely decorated!
