My PACT team deserves a five star rating. I gave the new facility a 3 star rating because even though it's modern and shiny the building lacks warmth. The temperature was fine but the building wasn't comfortable. I was sorry to see that Primary Care doctors did not have a personal office for seeing patients. The exam room floor, walls and ceilings made an echo chamber.
