Close to Winstar …wasn’t worth the money was supposed to be 98$ … charged me 139$ .. sizable difference and didn’t seem to care that I had an issue with the price and didn’t really do anything about it
Great stay
The gentleman who was at the front desk was very nice, answered all my questions. The rooms were clean and nice. Overall my stay was pleasant and affordable.
Great friendly staff, the rooms are relaxing very comfortable. Breakfast is great many choices.
My partner and I were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil and Winstar hotel prices are extraordinarily expensive. Staying here was a huge mistake we deeply regret. There were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and WORST OF ALL, our room had BED BUGS! Couldn’t get a refund because it was past 11 am when we discovered the bed bugs. Is that not horrible service? STAY AWAY! I’d give this place 0/5 stars if I could!
