My husband loves his Dr. So he continues to be seen here. Which is an hour and a half away from our home.However the wait is horrible. We usually sit waiting at least 3 hours. One day is was 5 hours. The nurses and the staff are horrible as well. Every time he needs a refill on his medication they forget to call it in, then you have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved! And it hasent happened only once.. It happens every single time!!!

I have been going to this office now for about 5 years. My reg MD is Raulerson, I have also seen Galloguy (sp,I still don't know how to say it) and McCoy. All have been extremely professional. I absolutely love Raulerson though. They have been thorough and caring and that is including the front office. In all the time I have been going there I have never been treated rude in any way. I agree 100% with Autumn14. Doctor is funny and nice and the PA is excellent. Although office staff is horrific and I can't get my monthly medication on time. It takes staff 1 month (of me being w/out) to call for prior approvals. What kind of office staff is this and what are they doing there, if not their jobs?

Gainesville after hours clinic has THE WORST DOCTOR in Gainesville his name is Dr.Clark S. McCoy and he by far is the biggest liar there is thank God he is moving out of state and I sincerly hope the state of Minnesota does not allow him to practice medicine for all he cares about is the money and not to mention he his great at practicing patient abandoment and leaving patients high and dry with no help in placing a patient with another Doctor. Patients beware I am very serious about this.

I have been going to this clinic for a year now. I feel like that they do not care about people. I would rather go to the ER and wait 8 hours and get the treatment that I deserve.

The place looks dingy. The nurse was rude. The doctor was funny and nice but when I tried to get a hold of him because my medicine wasn't working and I was in pain, I didn't get a call back. I called right when they opened and when i called 3 hours later the front office didn't give him the message and by then the place closed at 9 and I didn't know if I should go in or wait for a call back. I think the front office was very rude when I called.
