I am worried about getting an infection. First and foremost, I am totally confident in Dr. Parrot in his knowledge and treatment protocol. The stars are for him. But I have repeatedly asked that gloves be changed before treating me. No one does this. Gloves are worn from one patient to another and in the hall, touching door knobs, computers, phones, etc. then touching me on my face. Dr. McDonald is a very good eye doctor.
I tried to make an appt on their website and it seemed to work. I called to confirm and they told me their online system doesn't work (so why is it up?) and they don't have my info. After going thru a whole process of asking me questions and being quite rude, she tells me at the end of our conversation that they don't take my insurance. What an unprofessional office!!
Very through eye exam.
