Accidentally arrived at dealership 45 minutes before the service department opened for an oil change. I had resided to just wait instead of coming back. Within 15 minutes, someone had come out and said they would be right with me and that I could wait inside. Very comfortable waiting room and pleasant staff. I was out of the service department in less than an hour! Fast and friendly service...what more can I ask for?
I take my car to Gainesville Nissan, where I purchased it, for all regular service and even tires. They are terrific. Their service team is efficient, takes my car in quickly and is always accurate on the time it will take for the service. I wait in the comfortable waiting room and my Nissan service rep keeps me updated on the status of my car and I receive text messages from the Nissan service system to let me know what stage my service is in. I highly recommend Nissan. Service is great and prices are fair.
