Great Dentist Office.
Before coming to Georgia we never stressed over x-rays and cleaning. It only takes one dentist who tries to increase their income at the expense of a patient that can cause this feeling. Today we were delighted to be part of the Gainesville Dental Group. It was clear from the reception desk to the dentist that the patient is important. Our trust have been restored.
Loved my dental person. She explained everything and showed photos of what she was doing and what needed to be done. I am a whimp at the dentist, but she put me at ease. Dr Gannon was nice too and also explained everything that she stated earlier and I loved the detail in the pictures.
I went in to get a chipped tooth fixed. After x-ray and examination, it was determined that I needed a crown because of decay and other factors. Dr. Gannon along with his assistant helped me go over payment options and introduced me to a program that helps with people like me that are self-pay and have no dental insurance. There was no pressure to decide right then as I wanted to go home and discuss with my husband first. The dental assistant does a great job. Normally, I have a lot of problems with pain and sensitivity, but not ever a problem with Dr. Vetter's staff. They are extremely friendly and punctual. I would not go anywhere else for my dental care.
Love it there, everyone is so sweet!!
I love Gainesville dental group! Always a great atmosphere, and the entire staff is pleasant and welcoming. I recommend this office to everyone looking for a new dentist.
