I visited this dealership with the expectation of paying $84.95 (plus taxes) for an oil change and rotation, as clearly advertised on their website. However, upon arrival, the experience turned sour. Despite providing my car model and engine type (a turbo CX50) online, they revisited these details on-site, only to spring additional charges, citing the need for an extra quart of oil for turbo models. I have an MX-5 Miata project and the service team helped progress our project with timing belt, water pump and other fixes given the cars age. They also diagnosed other issues for owner repair (punch list). It's cool that you can still run around in a 20+ year old car - a statement about Mazda quality. Gainesville Mazda provided me with a cool courtesy SUV while my car was in service. Thank you!
Always a pleasant experience
Tyson is nice. However, I would recommend being careful of what you leave in your vehicle. I had some coins and an Oakley microfiber cloth go missing after getting my vehicle serviced.
