I went in for a repair on an engagement ring today and had a great experience! Im sure the work will be great! Im glad that i came here instead of settling with Dimo fine jewelry, they were about to rip me off. I paid 1/3 of the price for the repair at Gainesville jewelry, and the staff was very kind! I will be a return customer and will be recommending to others!
I wanted to make a “right hand ring” from my mother’s wedding ring. The process was simple and affordable and I am so happy with my end product and the beautiful custom ring that I will be wearing daily! Julio did AMAZING work!! A huge Thank you to Renee and Elva for taking your time to make my dream ring! With the price of gold being so high, the leftover gold paid for a portion of it making it very affordable. Thank you for all of your help, I highly recommend.
Purchased my wifes ring from here and got a warranty on it. She took the ring in to get cleaned last week and the lady with dark hair and glasses that cleaned it needs some training or something because she cleaned it in seconds my wife told me. Never inspected it as was supposed to be per the wareanty. She cleaned it so fast it wasn't cleaned properly and now my wife has a chemical burn on her ring finger for over a week. Im supposed to take my ring in every six months to be cleaned And inspected. I took my ring in last week, The lady with dark hair and glasses looked at it for one second, dipped it in some solution, steamed it, Hit it with this nasty looking tooth brush for a second. She was done so fast I didn't even expect it.
