I brought my wife’s watch in for a simple battery replacement. During the service, they knocked the watch hands loose from the post — and then refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Luckily it wasn’t an expensive watch, but the result was a complete waste of time and money, and the damage was entirely their fault. We won’t be returning. Cannot recommend.
