My wife needed repairs on a chocolate diamond ring and 2 ankle bracelets. We decided to give a local business a shot and chose Gainesville Jewelry. We were very happy with the customer service, on time repair, and the quality of the repairs. Pricing was comparable to others but service was great. We will use them again in the future.
Took my white gold wedding ring here because it broke and was missing a stone. When I went to pick it up they “repaired” it with yellow gold and put in a dark grey stone (entire ring is clear stones). They said they’d fix it and they’d call me when it’s ready. Well, never got a phone call. I went up there a few days after and apparently ring was ready. Looked and again, dark stone (that fell out within 24 hours)…oh but the yellow is gone now. Now for the third time they said they’d fix it and call me.. never got a call… went... read more
Great service. Repair was completed ahead of quoted time and I’m very pleased with the repair work done on my wife’s wedding ring. Price was a bit higher than expected but final results were great. I know that my wife will be very pleased with it.

I have been in the store but only to browse,of course it is expensive (jewelry always is).It is a very selective group that would be welcome there,not necessarily rich,but older well established persons known in area.
