I hope that there are not two places like this where very needed people needs assistance.First you get greeted by a very rude secretary that does not know anything at all!!! You can ask her any questions and the answer is I DON'T KNOW.The staff is very unprofessional and they NEVER EVER answer any phone calls or e mails. The social workers are seldomly available to see anyone. Only Melissa is doing her job in this office!!!!
Ms. Henry was highly professional and completed her work in a timely manner. She kept me informed about resources in the community and introduced me to programs that are not available in St. Pete. Overall, she consistently demonstrated professionalism and efficiency in her role.
Don’t never answer the phone and website always down. Very unprofessional
