I’ve only been a volunteer here, but I’ve witnessed the harsh and uncaring environment the staff offers to the residents. Most of the staff are impatient, belittling, and downright rude every time I’ve observed their interactions. They put on a fake face when “visitors” come around, so be wary. There’s not a resident who I’ve visited with who has been satisfied with their care. The facility is new and does look nice on the onset, but if it’s were my parents, I’d look elsewhere.
