Hire Joshua Silverman. YOU WILL NOT BE OUTLAWYERED. Don’t hire Silverman. He came highly recommended. I paid a retainer last year for him to do a couple things for my case. He was supposed to 1. File a motion with request for rehearing and based on if the Judge said “no” the next step (based on a conversation with him at hiring phase 2. File an appeal. This began in March 2023. It is now March 2024, and I still have never received (multiple phone calls and emails were not returned) no status update on that motion being filed.
