Worst experience I can imagine regarding their billing department. They recorded my address information incorrectly from Northeast Georgia Hospital. I had nothing to do with their incorrect information. Without having ever receiving an invoice from them they turned me over to a collection agency. First time in my life I am getting calls from collection agency. When I talked with Gainesville Emergency they promised to take it back. Then more calls from collection agency. Thieves. Scammers. They sent a me a bill through collections. I've never used their services.
The Georgia Emergency Department billing turned me over to collections for $35.00. I never received a bill, even though I was told by the collection agency left me a voice mail and texted several times.... Really??????
I was billed by this company in the amount of almost $1800 in addition to my ER bills. This came months after our visit and the description of fees were for a "doctors assessment". There was no major trauma or anything crazy in our visit (praise God). But these other reviews are spot on with my experience - they sent me to collections as well WHILE my insurance company was negotiating with them and I had to pay almost $800 more than the negotiated cost to get out of collections.
