I had such a great experience at Gainesville Diagnostic. From the moment I walked in, I was well taken care of. Denna at the front desk was very professional, kind, and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and easy. Dustin, who performed my MRI, was also incredibly professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Staff was great. No waiting. Got me in and out. I was so comfortable on the machine I slept thru the first 1/2 of it. Got the results the next day.
The headphones used in open MRI were so good they cut out all noise from outside and I fell asleep listening to the music. Staff was excellent.
